So There are Just Those DESIGNERS Whom blow off Your louboutin’s,
Ong is one , this beaming talent, every season, knocks it out of the park and them some.
I took my close friend Bianca along for the ride, and she was in love , as much as i
Papped on arrival for the show, held at The Grand Connaught Rooms
5pm fri 20th feb.
Every singal Piece, was Perfection, uber Uber Glamorous the Ong women and gentlemen, knows how to make a statement, a touch of 70’s mixed with so many incredible fabrications, of velvets and silks and beading
This metalic / holographic fabric, was a delightful touch, Ong is known for a gown, and in a previous season, had nicknamed some #gownzilla.
He has a signature style, which underlays through each collection, a quote of ” its a juxtaposition of identity and disquise that mirrors the celebrity desire to gain notoriety yet keep their private life hidden ”
Ong things of the whole story, whom he/she is , what they do, how they want to feel, and you really do feel, breathtaken and in love and wanting to be seen.
The hair as glamorous as the collection; soft and bouncy and uber polished, you except nothing less with the Richard Ward team, cristiano basciu used l’oreal professional, products.
Every feature is thought of; perfect nails , accessories to perfection, such as the huge “celebrity style” glasses by Kirk.
The gentleman rocking cufflinks, from a big favourite brand of mine, tresor paris, to whom i recently attended a press event , for their new collection, and I’m in need of this ring selection.
I want to live in the Ong-oaj pairam world, not only is it chic, fun, full of glam, but the designer is not onlu a genius in my eyes, but a thoughtful, sweet and charming chap.
I also want to congratulate lucy at katch, you did a fabulous job.

Is a must on my lfw diary, for the past few seasons , I’ve found her work to be fresh and chic, with amazing textural qualitys, the designer herself adorable and charming, which makes this label a favourite.
This season. Lulu says
” i hope everyone can find some sort of balance in life, and remain true to the purest version of themselves ”
With colour tones such as cherry red and the most insane peacock blue, this bold but so utterly elegant collection, takes us further in the Lulu liu story, with some fun twists within the classic must haves, adds delight to the wearer
Now i must admit I was so excited by the vintage style optics the models wore, super cute and complimented the looks so well.
A few images and thoughts on London fashion week
It might super chilly outside, but some incredible design talent warmed my heart, fashion scout being my main source of gorgeousness.
Everyone has to do a pic with the sign. Coat coast, belt /cuff CDC hermes. Culottes lindsay A, boots Clarkes, bag Victoria Beckham.
When i was one of the fab judges at fashions finest, Britain’s top designer, a amazing night, with the sweetest and super talented winner.
With friends /singers Katie coleman and luke white, at fashion scout #papped. Wearing gucci hat and vintage harrods blazer.
My favourite show at scout, the most impressive, leather worked to look like crocodile skins, models painted faces and then crystals attached, tje shapes and design, had a dior and mcqueen element, which I adored. Pop pr
Designer marko M
Taking 5, at the Me hotel, letting my cloudberrybay bag take centre stage, the me and felicities pr hosted again, a tremendous media lounge, to wind down, tweet and hydrate, as well as having designers show, such as huge favourite of mine jasper garvida.
Also sportswear glamour from Charlie cohen, the models treated us to a quirky runway too, uber fun and amazing pieces, I’m in need of the harem pants .
I will be adding more and covering for scoope magazine and ikonic London, along side my youtube channel ,instagram /twitter @ldweedon
Where i filmed many of the ends of the shows, so check them out, I’m always so impressed by how hard these designers work, and the talent and creativity.
So i was kindly invited too a charity Breakfast, now most whom know me, know one i don’t do breakfast and secondly I’m not a morning person.
Snuggled into my town car, we headed too the groucho club, in Dean Street
Welcomed by the Lucy Dartford PR team, with a glass of PJ champagne (which is mt favourite ).
And by a gorgeous spread of breakfast.
This charity works so incredibly hard at helping young LBGT community, such a break breaking story was told to us,by a young chap whom had been helped by the AKT, now in a positive outcome, the story ended well. But so many young people, are thrown out of their homes, by something they can’t control, their sexuality.
The charity receives no help from the government, self funding, with the help of people such as, ambassador and Gay rights activist
A well dressed and incredibly articulate young man himself.
He spoke at the breakfast, on his work with the Albert Kennedy Trust, and his work outside. I have meet Phillip several times now on the fashion scene, and see him as a friend, whom is doing great things for the LBGT community, i have interviewed him twice, and his passion for the course shines through.
In a year, the trust receives over 1500 calls for support across three cities, which includes London, Newcastle, and its original set up town of Manchester.
I plan on going into more detail, in a article, for the interview filmed at the breakfast, please go to my youtube channel
Lewis -Duncan Weedon.
Please helped support the charity and keep young people off the streets.
Purple door is now in its 2nd year, and has provided over 3,100 bednights already
77% of young people believe their sexual orientation /gender identity is a causal factor in rejection from home
So Incredibly sad, Something none of us can Control, Being the Reason so many young Become Homeless.
Some having no choice but to leave due to, abuse, physical and verbal. Violence is never the answer
A est 15-20 thousand young people are homeless, such shocking numbers
24% of youth homeless are in the LBGT section.
My very quick thoughts and a few images from the Victoria Beckham
New york fashion week show.
Make up by Patmcgrath and her team, was a soft grunge look, quite like Victoria ‘s signature look ,that soft smoked eye
Hair was sleek and away from the face, letting the clothing do all the talking.
I’m a huge Fan of The Over sized look, Which I think Runs Through This Collection for the VB girl. Im utterly obsessed with the cream /off white large polo sweater,
super chic and looks uber soft. I like the soft mix of the Tan boots with the natural looks, fresh and simple which Victoria does best.
Few shots of colour, orangey mustard and red, along a monochromatic pallete, lots of texture and fabrication.

So i thought i would go off topic, a touch less fashion more feelings, sorry to those whom excepting couture, but ill try to stay Witty at least.
Now I’ve suffered with anxiety for a long time, I’ve always been able to manage it, up until the end of last year, and the start of this, even yesterday i had a full blown panic attack, from being in my hometown’s high street, something that has happened twice last year, before I’ve always felt safe and calm.
ive found when i Dress down,no make up Etc, im still glared at,but I Notice it More, the “armour”( as i call It ) of Fashion Isnt There to give me Confidence, I Guess Ill always be a person, People look At /talk About, not in a big headed Way, more im 6ft2 Strong look, guy who Loves a Handbag, i just seem to understand more if dressed up.
Take fashion week, its a few days away, and I’ve planned looks, but whether i wear is another story, I’ve missed a few events of late being to scared to go,and a had a panic in london at the end of last year.
Utterly horrible crying while in the street, not so chic, i don’t like to show emotion, old British thing i guess.
How do others cope? If you suffer I’d love to know.
I spoke with a friend whom ia very big on the scene and suffers badly, good and bad days im told, which i fully agree.
I’ve never wanted too take tablets, i find you lose whom you are, or maybe that’s the point?!.
I’ve learnt a few tricks too help, when feeling stressed or anxious.
Candles, the soft flicker and smell of some seem to help me centre, my friend Laura . sent me one which helped no end, i burnt it daily till it ran out, heartwood candles she’s a doll, definitely will pick up another.
I carry a roller ball from seascape, its a sleep oil (i have insomnia too) but the scent is incredibly relaxing, and feels nice in my hand to hold, rolling on my wrists, when a little stressed helps, close my eyes breath and try and focus.
Breathing silly, as we all do it, but it’s the way in which we do, that makes a difference, trying to breath softly and slowly will help calm you down, when my heart races its a sign I’m starting to freak out.
This is more of a chat, so im happy to take comments and if anyone has ideas, or how they deal with theirs.
And a way to say, forgive the lack of blog/vlog. I want to make the quality rather than to often and neither us would enjoy videos, if I’m not in that head space.
Thank you for spending time with me
